Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization (RMA)
- You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Inspection Requirement
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify they meet the unused condition requirement.
- If the item fails inspection, the return will be denied and the product will be shipped back at your expense.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the total cost including shipping.
Refund Processing
- Once the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed minus the restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, special-order items, and clearance products are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested before the order ships.
- All cancellation requests require written confirmation from our team.
- Approved cancellations may incur a 10% processing fee.

- Customer Responsibility for Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Condition Verification: Acceptance of a return is contingent upon our inspection and determination that the product is unused and in original condition. Our decision is final.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
